Ingredient


  1. Bread                                        2 pieces 
  2. Potato boiled                             1 piece large
  3. Egg                                            2 piece 
  4. Tomato                                      1 piece large 
  5. Salt, pepper                                to taste
  6. Soya bean sauce                         4-5 drop 
  7. Spring onion                                1 tbsp 
  8. Butter                                          1 tsp
  9. Garlic chopped                             ½ tsp
  10. Dry onion                                     1 tbsp
Method

  • Cut potato slices and heat butter in a pan.  
  • Fry onion and garlic with butter 
  • Fry potato slices with it; and salt, pepper, soya bean sauce, green onion with it.
  • After waiting for 3-4 minutes, put it in a separate plate. 
  • Toast some bread loafs separately 
  • Grill the tomato and prepare omelet, poach or scrambled egg.
