- Bread 2 pieces
- Potato boiled 1 piece large
- Egg 2 piece
- Tomato 1 piece large
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Soya bean sauce 4-5 drop
- Spring onion 1 tbsp
- Butter 1 tsp
- Garlic chopped ½ tsp
- Dry onion 1 tbsp
- Cut potato slices and heat butter in a pan.
- Fry onion and garlic with butter
- Fry potato slices with it; and salt, pepper, soya bean sauce, green onion with it.
- After waiting for 3-4 minutes, put it in a separate plate.
- Toast some bread loafs separately
- Grill the tomato and prepare omelet, poach or scrambled egg.
